When You Cannot See Beyond the Mist

🌅 Trusting God Through The Fog
Scripture:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV)
This morning the mist hangs low over Johannesburg.
In the fog, you cannot see very far ahead. Buildings disappear. Roads seem shorter. Landmarks fade from view.
Life can feel like that too.
Sometimes we cannot see where the money will come from, how a problem will be solved, or what tomorrow may bring. We pray, we work, and we trust God, yet the answers seem hidden behind a wall of uncertainty.
The good news is that God sees clearly even when we do not.
Faith is not believing that there is no mist. Faith is trusting the One who can see through it.
The Lord does not ask us to see the entire journey. He simply asks us to take the next step with Him.
One step. One prayer. One act of obedience.
As we walk forward, the path becomes clearer.
🔑 Three Things to Remember
- God sees what you cannot see.
- God’s timing is perfect, even when it feels slow.
- Today’s small step of faith is enough for today.
🙏 Prayer
Father God,
Thank You that You can see beyond every mist, every worry, and every uncertainty in my life. Help me to trust You when I cannot see the whole path ahead. Give me courage for today’s journey and peace for today’s challenges. Teach me to walk by faith and not by sight.
In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.
