PlebWare — 138 Days to a Complete World.

🏁 138 Days, 1,775 Contributions, and a World Built.

🌱 It Started With Two.

On the 3rd of May, 2026, the PlebWare website began its latest and most serious chapter.

There were just 2 contributions.

Two contributions may not sound like much. But every large project has to begin somewhere.

At that moment, PlebWare was not a completed website. It was an idea being turned into something real.

The pages had to be created. The structure had to be developed. Categories had to be organised. Articles had to be written. Systems had to be tested. Mistakes had to be found and corrected.

And then the work continued.

📅 138 Days Later.

Today is the 18th of September, 2026.

Exactly 138 days have passed between the 3rd of May and the 18th of September.

In those 138 days, the PlebWare website has grown from that tiny beginning into a complete public information and publishing environment.

It has been shaped, rebuilt, reorganised, expanded, corrected, tested, and refined.

What began with two contributions has become a website with a structure, a purpose, an identity, and a growing body of knowledge.

The journey from May to September has been remarkably fast.

But it has also been remarkably busy.

🔢 1,775 Contributions Later.

From those original 2 contributions, the project has reached 1,775 contributions.

That number represents far more than a counter.

Behind those contributions are decisions.

There are articles written and rewritten. Pages created and corrected. Categories arranged. Navigation improved. Systems tested. Ideas refined. Problems discovered. Problems solved.

Some contributions were large.

Some were tiny.

Some were probably the kind of changes that nobody will ever notice.

But together, they built the website that exists today.

🏗️ What Does “100% Complete” Actually Mean?

So, can we really say that the PlebWare website is 100% complete?

For this milestone, yes.

The planned foundation has been built.

The public structure exists. The major sections are in place. The publishing environment works. The identity of PlebWare has been established. The website can now serve as the public home for the World being built around the Plebware.

That is what 100% complete means here.

It means that the website has reached the point where the original building phase can be considered complete.

It does not mean that nothing will ever change again.

⚠️ The Important Caveat — Nothing Is Ever 100%.

There is one very important qualification.

Nothing is ever truly 100% complete.

A website is not a house where you put the roof on, lock the door, and walk away.

Websites live.

Technology changes.

Browsers change.

Operating systems change.

People discover mistakes.

Links eventually need attention.

New ideas appear.

Old ideas get improved.

New articles are written.

New sections may become necessary.

Something that looks perfect today may need changing tomorrow.

So when we say that PlebWare is 100% complete, we are talking about the completion of the major building phase.

We are not declaring the end of development.

We are declaring the end of this particular beginning.

🔄 Complete, But Not Finished.

There is a difference between being complete and being finished.

The website can be complete as a functioning foundation while still remaining open to improvement.

That is exactly how PlebWare is intended to work.

The foundation is there.

The World can continue to grow around it.

🌍 The Website Is Not the Whole World.

The PlebWare website is an important part of PlebWare.

But PlebWare is bigger than a website.

Plebware is the person.

PlebWare is the World we build around that person.

The website is one of the places where that World can be documented, explored, shared, and developed.

It is the public window into the ideas, projects, knowledge, experiments, software, education, publishing, and practical tools that make up the PlebWare ecosystem.

The website is therefore not the destination.

It is part of the World.

🗓️ The Milestone in Numbers.

3 May 2026.
The journey begins with 2 contributions.

138 days.
The time between the beginning and this milestone.

18 September 2026.
The date on which the website reaches its major completion milestone.

1,775 contributions.
The work recorded along the way.

100% complete.
The planned website-building phase has reached its milestone.

0% finished forever.
Because nothing is ever truly finished.

🏁 A Beginning Worth Marking.

The PlebWare website did not appear fully formed.

It was built one contribution at a time.

From 2 contributions on the 3rd of May, 2026, to 1,775 contributions on the 18th of September, 2026, the website has travelled a long way in just 138 days.

That deserves to be marked.

Not because the work is over.

But because the foundation is now strong enough to say:

The PlebWare website is 100% complete — for this stage of its journey.

And tomorrow?

Well, tomorrow is where the next contribution begins.

👋 Welcome to PlebWare.

This is the World built around the person.

Welcome to PlebWare.

The website is ready.

The foundation is built.

The World continues.
