- 4 fresh Green Chillies.
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds.
- four tablespoons of Plain Yoghurt.

Preparation Method.
- Cook the rice in a pot of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions, then drain and season with sea salt and black pepper. Meanwhile, trim and finely slice the spring onions and deseed and roughly chop the red peppers. Pick the coriander (Dhania), finely chopping the leaves and stalks separately.

- Meanwhile, place the beef mince into a mixing bowl, add paprika, chilli powder, and a good pinch of salt and pepper, then mix well using wet hands, and roll into 12 little balls.
- Tip the tomatoes into the pan along with 1 tinโs worth of water, breaking them up with a spoon as you go. Bring to the boil, then drain and add the black beans.
- Preheat the grill to high, prick the chillis and place on a baking tray, under the hot grill for 10 minutes or until blackened, turning often. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat, add the meatballs and cumin seeds, then fry for four minutes or until browned all over, stirring often. Transfer the meatballs to the tomato sauce and cook for 8 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Fold the chopped coriander (Dhania) leaves through the rice, then divide between four plates, along with meatballs and beans . Add the blackened Chopped Chilli as Garnish on top, stirring in slightly; top each plate with a dollop of yoghurt to each portion, cut lime into wedges, and squeeze over
