π Curry In A Hurry
A hearty pressure cooker beef curry with spicy basmati rice.
Sometimes the best meals come from using what you already have in the cupboard. This recipe was created to be quick, economical, and full of flavour without requiring hours of slow cooking. The pressure cooker does most of the hard work while the rice cooks alongside it.
