- ๐พ 700g Sifted Flour
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- Place the butter, margarine, salt, and hot water into a mixing bowl.
- Beat together until the mixture forms a smooth cream.
- Gradually fold in the sifted flour.
- Continue mixing until a soft pastry dough is formed.
- Place the dough into a basin (bowl).
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before use.
- When required, cut off a portion of the pastry.
- Roll out and use as desired.
